Mrs. Annie Drinkwater, £2 3s, cost 6 ss; Beatrice Amy Pinnock v Whata Matenga, £11 12e 6d, costs £2 0s 6d ; Hallensteiu Bros.; Ltd. v. Benjamin Scott, £4 0s 9d, costs 11s; Higgs and O'Donnell v. Norman Gordon Geo. Winkelman, £3 14s, costs ss. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Alexander F. Davies was ordered to ypay £3 16s to F.-W. Kemp by the 13th j of February, the alternative being seven j days' imprisonment.
Owing to the resignation of Mr. W. .Collie, organist of St. Thomas's Church, Newtown, applications are invited for the position ot organist and choirmaster, either jointly .or separately. / The resignations o£ Miss C.
