POLES AND GERMANS FIGHT. By Telegraph.— Pi-ess Association.— Copyright. BERLIN, 27th January. An exciting election incident is re* ported from SchwetZj, a small town in West Prussia. A number of Polish vot- . era resident, there became enraged at the defeat of a compatriot who was a candidate, and attacked the shops of German traders, wrecking many windows. Serious collisions occurred between the Poles and Germans, and two university students among tho Germans were severely wounded.
