He was amazed that Mr. Churchill (First Lord of the Admiralty) had yielded to the threats of the Unionists with regard to the use of the Ulster Hall for hi* speech. Mr. Churchill should go. to Ulster as Luther went to Worm 3. No other hall has yet been found at Belfast for Mr. Churchill's meeting. Lord Londonderry, replying to Mr. Churchill's letter agreeing not to speak in the Ulster Hall, Belfast, says tho main objections oi the Ulster Unionists have thus been removed j therefore ho deprecates any interference with the holding of Mr. Churchill's meeting elsewhere, but he cannot accept responsibility for anything that may happen during the Minister's visit owing to the intensity of feeling that has been aroused. The Daily Chronicle states that three regiments of .jnf antry and two of cavalry nave been ordered to hold themsedves in readiness to proceed to Belfast, where Mr. Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, is to speak on Bth February/ .
