The Union Company's cargo steamer Talune left Suva on Thursday last for Auckland, with a cargo of fruit and general produce. She arrives at the northern port today, and is due at Wellington on Thursday. MURITAI. FROM LONDOK. The Tyser liner Marital, from London, via Auckland, left the latter ports on Saturday. She calls -at Napier on her way to Wellington, and is due here on Thursday next. THE STAR OF CANADA". The Star of Canada is due at Auckland to-morrow from New York, via Australian ports. Before coming on to Wellington the vessel has 967 tons of cargo to discharge at the northern port. Bhe afterwards goes to Lytteiton and Dunedin to complete unloading. clan mclaren, foe London. The Scales chartered steamer Clan McLaren, which arrived at Wellington from Auckland early yesterday morning, completes homeward .loading here. The Falls of Orcby, from New York, under charter to the Vacuum Oil Company, will get away from Auckland, for Napier and Wei* lington, on Wednesday next. She has about 60,000 coses of oil for this port. THE SYDNEY BOAT. This week's Sydney boat— the Manuka— left that port at 1 o'clock on Saturday for Wellington, and is due here early en Wednesday morning. She brings 128 saloon and 76 steerage passengers for Wellington. COLLIERS FROM GREYMOOTH. The Pukaki leaves Greymottth to-morrow morning for Lyttelton, and the Kittawa. sails from there for the same port this afternoon. The Poherua is to get away from Greymouth to-morrow evening • for Wellington, and after discharge will go to Napier. The Eotuku leaves for Westport and Ouefaunga to-night. MONOWAI, FROM AUCKLAND. The Monowai got away from Auckland ab 1 p.m. on Saturday. She was to have left Napier at 3 o'clock this afternoon, And is' due here early to-morrow morning. A wireless message received at 8 p.m. yesterday stated :— "Steamer Tahiti 1200 mile* from Wellington." The steamers Hanuka, Tahiti, and Moerakl will probably be within -wireless range of Wellington to-night. The Arahura arrived at Greymouth this morning, and sails at 0 o'clock this evening on her return trip. ■ The Zealandic is living up to the reputation which arrived in New Zealand before her, and her speed from Dunedin to Gisborne on her recent run shows this. From port to port it averaged over 14 knots per hour. On her run between Fremantle and Syduey on her way out the Zealandic averaged 15 knots.
