FATAL BUGGY ACCIDENT.
NELSON, 10th January. An inquest touching the death of Wm. Caesidy, who died as a result of a trap accident, while driving with others from, Takaka to Tarakohe on 11th December, concluded to-day, when the jury returned a verdict that deceased met his death through falling from the buggy while intoxicated. <» The jury added a rider to the effect that the evidence wae most unsatisfactory, us most of the witnesses wero under the influence of liquor at the time of tho accident. They considered there were grounds for further investiga-* tione.
