FATAL BUGGY ACCIDENT.

NELSON, 10th January. An inquest touching the death of Wm. Caesidy, who died as a result of a trap accident, while driving with others from, Takaka to Tarakohe on 11th December, concluded to-day, when the jury returned a verdict that deceased met his death through falling from the buggy while intoxicated. <» The jury added a rider to the effect that the evidence wae most unsatisfactory, us most of the witnesses wero under the influence of liquor at the time of tho accident.
