AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES
Messrs. J. R. Perry and Company, Feilding, advertise a grass seed farm at Sandon for sale. Messrs. Harcourt and Company will sell by public auction on Saturday, 27th January, at the Public Hall, Eastbourne, at 3 p.m., 21 sections, being a subdivision of portion of 1 Dr. Wallace Mackenzie's property on the main county road, Eastbourne. The sections have frontages of 50ft each by depths varying from 264 ft to 150 ft. There is water for every section, and on the majority of the sections is native bush. ,On Wednesday, the 17th met., the firm will offer nine sections having frontages to . the main road and Woodward-street, Wadestown. There is a largo two : storeyed residence on one of the sections, and on that particular section there is an asphalt tennis 'court and an orchard. .Tho other sections arc above the road level, and are well planted and fcheltered. Eull particulars of both properties can be had on application to the auctioneers, who will send plans to any one- on application.
