Dwan were passengers by the Moeraki from Sydney today. , N A charge of theft of about £28 ou or about the 3rd January, at Wellington, from Robert Buch'ole. was preferred against Henry Hay at the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, before Mr. W. G. Riddell, B.M. Accused was further remanded to ths 17th inst.
