THE MURDER 01? A BRITISH AGENT. By Teleeraph.— Presi AMOclfttlon.— Cttyrlghk (Received December 22, 8.5 a.m.) CALCUTTA. 21st December. Headmen of certain Abors tribes state that warriors of Rotung and Kebang, who have since disappeared, v/ero' responsible for Mr. Williamson'* murder. Mr. Williamson met five Kebang men, who, learning that he was not coming to their village, returned to Keba-ng. Afterwards these warriors crossed the river and ,attacked him. [\A British expedition was sent to punish Ahots tribesmen for the murder of Mr. Noel Williamson (British Agent) and others.]
