LANCASHIRE COTTON OPERATIVES.
LOCK-OUT OF 100,000 FEARED. LONDON, 21at December. A campaign in the Lancashire cotton area against employment of nonunionists has culminated in a strike of the weavers employed in one of the Accrington mills. The masters of North •and North-east Lancashire are to meet to decide upon a course of action. A general lock-oufc of 100,000 workers is feared.
