HOLDS-UP IN WINNIPEG. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright (Received December 22, 11.45 a.m.) WINNIPEG, 21st December. Crime is rampant here. Dozen* of citizens have been held up at the revolver's point and robbed. The police hate made ten arrests of suspects. Several persons were beaten, ns well as robbed.
