The Imperial Cricket Conference has approved of the Board of Control's arrangements with regard to the triangular and county matches with th© colonials. It was decided that* it would be in* expedient to grant Warwickshire's (the champion, county) claim to a test match at Birmingham. The conference changed the date oi the Anglo-Australian test- at the Oval from 22nd August to 19th August, to allow the match to be played to a finish, '
