(Received September 13, 9.30 a.m.) . ST. HELENA, 12th September. The officers and crew of the Papanui were occupied for iive days in extinguishing a. first fire 'in the bunkere. Another fire broke out after passing St. Helena upon which the captain decided to return. The veeeel ie moored close to shore. N The male 1 emigrants are boused in the barracks and the twimehi in the military hospital. ' .
