SOCIALIST PROTEST. "A MAN-MURDERING WAR. " "COLONIAL PIRATES."
BERLIN, 12th September. The Social* Democratic Party's Congress at Jena has urgently protested against an attempt to provoke "a manmurdering war." It ia declared that the only persona interested are the colonial pirates, the Chauvinists, and the manufacturers of war material. Many of the delegates at the Congress accused the leaders of the party of hesitating to join the proletariat of other countries in protesting against the MofoGcan. adventure.
