A proposal ie made to publish a booklet setting forth the advantage* of th© Feilding district from a. pastoral, agricultural, stockbreeding, fruit-growing^ gr&in-grpwing, and dairying point of view. At the annual meeting laet night Mr. Fred Pirani was elected president. The Chamber took Btrong action to have the electoral boundaries bo arranged m to ensure community of interest. It wae stated lhat a grade feed o&t-e imported from the South Island though paased by tho Government grader contained a, good defll of Califomian thistle seed. It was decided to artt th» member for the electorate to bring the mattei under the notice of the Gtvernmen'.. Rain ik badly needed litre. The weather is now cloudy, but there is no break yet.
