Bj Telegraph. --PreßS Aseocmtion.-Copyrlghk, LONDON, 11th September, As many Welsh Nonconformist ministers aw now obliged to bring up their families on from ten to fifteen shilling* weekly, tlie Welsh Congregational Union, ha* undertaken to raise £50,000 in five years, in addition to a mim of £lb,ooo annually. By this means it is hoped to provide a minimum salary of £80 * year.
