CONTRACT SYSTEM OF SHEARING. PROPOSED ABOLITION. A PLEBISCITE BEING TAKEN.
(Received September 12, 9.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Workers' Union is taking a plebiscite on the question whether the contract system of shearing shall cease. There is reason to believe that the vote will be against the contract system.
