Butter.— The market j« firm, and there is a good demfcnd. Supplies *re likely to fall off. Australian, 120 b; Danish, 132 a; Siberian, 116s per cwt. Ch«*ee.— The m*rket remain* firm. Supplies of English cheese will b& •hort on account of the dry w«ather. New Z#alafid Aeese, 66s per cwt. Heffip.— The market is lifeless. Quotations are nominal. New Zealand good fair spot, per ton, £19 10s ; fair grade, £18 ss ; fair current Manila, £20.
