Archbishop Kelly, in blessing a convent at Gtiildford. sixteen miles south of Sydney, declared that Germany was the greatest nation in. the world* Only fecently she gave England a fright. Germaiiy i said the- Archbishop, had sent religious instruction into every school. If Australia wished to be great she must imitate the leading nation, and one that was overtaking England in commerce and naval sup?emacy. When children wete religiously instructed industrial strife would end> and the Divorce Courts Would disappear.
