DISMANTLING A STEAMER.

This vessel belongs to the same owners as the steamer Sea Foam, which wa« detained by the Customs authorities at Gravesend a fow days ago with munitions of war on board. The assumption is that it was intended to convey war material to Bahia Blanca, in the Argentine.' NATURE OF 'CARGOES. NEWSPAPERS MAKE A SUGGESTION. Seeretan and Company are the owners of the eteatttere detained at Barrow and Gravesend. xl third steamer, named tfoo Salop, belonging to the company, sailed on 30th July for Buenos Aires. The nature of her cargo i» not known. Several newspapers make a suggestion/ connecting the embargoed eteamerfi with Royalist projects in Portugal.
