There were 12 more deaths and 14 more births in Wellington this month than in July of la£t year, while the number of marriages was 17 less than in the corresponding month of 1910. The figures for the two months (Jnly, 1910, and July, 1911) are supplied by Sir. G. C. Hodgins, the Registrar, as follows:*— 1911. 1910.
