i ,> fur TELEGRAPH — I'BESS ASSOCIATION.] TAIHAPE, This Day. A large and enthusiastic meeting last night decided to form an A. and P. as>sociation. Mr. R. T. Batley was elected president. A defence rifle club has also been formed here. Twenty-rive applications have been roceived by the Borough Council for the position of electrical engineer. Four ! have been selected, from which the final choice will, be made to-night.
