Arnst, referring to the cabled challenge to Barry, the English sculling champion, declares that Mr. Sullivan has taken it upon himself to issue the challenge. Ho (Arnst) is not going to inov« out of Australia for £200 expenses, unless a £400 gate is guaranteed. 4 He wants a stake of £500. Anyhow, Arnst says his honda at present are full preparing for his match with Pearce.
