BANK OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA,. DIVIDEND OF 20 PER CENT. INCREASING THE SHARE CAPITAL. By "Telegraph.— Press Association,— Copyright. (Received May 4, 10 a.m.) PERTH, This Day. At the. half -yearly meeting of the Bank of Western Australia, a dividend of 20 pei-centum was declared, and £22,000 carried to the reserve fund. It was decided to issuo 5000 new shares, increasing the capital of the bank 'to a quarter of a million. BANK OF ADELAIDE. WHEN THE FISHER MINISTRY BECAME MANAGERS. (Received May 4. 10.5 a.m.) ADELAIDE, This Day. The Bank of Adelaide has declared a dividend of 10 percentum, and carried forward £21,485. The chairman said he hoped that when the Fisher Ministry came to manage that and other institutions, they would have the samo fairy tale to tell.
