Reference .wa<s made to the departure of Mr. Joslin, "the Father of the Club," who ha 4 always been a willing worker. Although the 1 sum of £23 19s was paid out in prize-money, the club was in a good linancial condition, owing to the kind assistance of the members, and tho very generous donations of the president (Mr. Ronayne), the vice-presidents, and others. Regret was expressed at the impending departure of Mr. G. F. M'Koilar, who had done excellent work in the life-saving branch.
