AUSTRALIAN .VIEWS. SAID TO BE UNCHANGED. LONDON. 17th February. The Sydney correspondent of The Times states that Australians retain unchanged views on preference. They will not alter their policy, but will probably readjust the detailed duties more einca ciously at the next tariff revision. They feel that it is useless to reintroduce the subject at the Imperial Conference while tho existing Imperial Ministry is the mouthpiece of English views.
