[Br TELEGRAPH— SPECIAL TO THE I*O 9T 1 PALMERSTON, This Day. The second annual tournament of th© Palmerston North Tennis Club began yesterday. The entries, well over 220 were a considerable increase on last year. Th© most notable recruits were from Taranaki— mainly from Waverlty a. hot-bed of tennis. They include? Cliff Dickie, Wallace, the' WybtS Brothers, S. Powdrell, Palmer, etc. Amongst the visitors are F M B* Fisher, Prouse^ and Gore. ' ' '
