HAIR FROM DEAD BODIES.
ALLEGED EXPORT FROM MANCHURIA. By Telegraph.— Preos Association.— Copyright. (Received February 17, 9" a.m.) LONDON, 16th February. With regard to the statement by Reuter's Harbin correspondent that notwithstanding tho fact that there are 200 deaths from plague daily at Kwang-chan-tse, the hair of the dead Chinese is being exported to Germany and England, the Daily Mail states that Mr. John Burns President of the Local Government Board, does not intend to take action in the matter. The paper adds that the German authorities will only permit the importation of hair cut from living bodies.
