RUSSIAN MURDER TRIAL TWO OF THE ACGUSED
FOUND GUILTY. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— CopyriglHi, (Received February 17, 2 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 16th Feb. The trial of Dr. Patchenko on a charge of murdering Count Boutnrlin, a wealthy young ex-army officer, in May last, and of Count O'Brien do Lassy (brother-in-law of the dead man), and Madame Muravieva (a woman alleged to have been associated with Dr. Patchenko in his "murder agency") on charges of conspiracy with Patchenko tv "remove" General Bouturlin (the dead count's father), and Madame Lazardi (the general's divorced wife), was concluded yesterday. De Lassy and Patchenko were found guilty, the latter in extenuating circumstances, and Muravieva not guilty.
