CHILDREN KIDNAPPED AND MAIMED. 8y Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. VIENNA, 11th February. The police raided a gipsy camp in ' Southern Hungary, and found twenty- j three kidnapped children who had been artificially crippled for begging purposes, the injuries done them including blinding, bent limbs, and skin diseases. The whole band , were arrested. Several have been previously convicted.
