Many complaints are made of congestion in the sailings of steamships to Australia, particularly in regard to West Australian assisted passengers. Two thousand accepted emigrants, whose departure had been arranged for December, will be unable to sail before June. The earliest sailing for thirdclass passengers on full payment will be the Orient on the 28th April, and the White Star on the 6th April. The emigration agents complain that they are losing through tne delay.
