STRIKE OF RUSSIAN WORKMEN. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. PEKIN, 30th January. Three thousand Russian workmen on the Eastern Chinese railway, fearing the plague, struck because the administration refused to dismiss 1500 Chinese and give passe* for the repatriation of Russian families. The striker* and their families have been evicted from their dwellings.
