PORT OF LONDON.
NEW DOCKS TO BE BUILI. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 28th January. The improvements to the Port of London, which will involve a total expenditure of fourteen and a half millions, include new docks at the north and south of the Albert dock. The new northern dock will be the finest in the world. A new and larged dock will also be constructed at Tilbury, and there will be general improvements to other docks.
