Arrived— Manuka*(7.3D a.m.), from Melbourne and Hobarfc. THE SYDNEY BOAT. Cabled advice has been received by the Union Company thai the Marama left Sydney for Wellington at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The vessel is bringing 125 saloon and 94 steerage passengers, and should show up here early on Wednesday morning. UNION COMPJENY'S STEAMERS. The Arahura, from Wellington, arrived at Westport at 8 p.m. yesterday, and continued her voyage to Greymoath at li a.m. to-day. The Waipori is to Jeawe Westport at 11 p.m. to-morrow for Lytteltom, and the Koromiko sails at 10 a.m. on Wednesday for Hobart. The Mokoia, from Auckland, is due at Napier^ at 3 p.m. to-day, and will continue* her voyage to Wellington at 7 o'clock to-night. The Kotuku,' which left Wellington on Saturday for Westport, will afterwards proceed to Greymouth and Onehunga. The Dartford is to leave Newcastle for Lyttelton this week. The ferry steamer Mararoa is to go into dock at Lyttelton thia zaorning for cleaning and painting. She will be floated out on the afternoon tide, and will sail as usual this evening for Wellington. The turbino steamer Maori will also dock at Lyttelton, probably at the end of naxt week. Mr J. W. Millman joined the Nora Niven as mate on Saturday in place of Mr Parry, who left the vessel at Wellington. Due here this evening from Montreal, via. Auckland, the New Zealand Shipping Company's chartered steamer' Karamea as to berth at the King's Wharf. The F.H.S.- steamer Sussex is to he docked at Port Chalmers to-morrow to have a new propeller blade fitted. Bound for Wanganui roadstead from Napier the Tyser steamer Marere passed Wellington Heads at 0 p.m. yesterday. To-morrow the steamer Kaipaja, is to leave Beauty Point, Tasmania, for New Zealand, where she will load for Home. It is anticipated that the steamer Strathalbyn will get away from Wellington; io-moriow for Sydney, where the balance of heiMimber cargo will be discharged. Mr. Carlyon, of the Union Company's Westport office, joins the Maori as assistant purser in place of Mr Livick, who has been transferred to the Manuka. The schooner Falcon is due here to-day from Havelock. She is bringing a load of 54,000ffc of timber. From Timaru the Maoriland Company's steamer Ennerdale arrived in port this morning. She is to go on the Slip here for overhaul, and will afterwards proceed to Greymouth to load timber for Sydney, subsequently loading coal at Newcastle for New Zealand. On completion of discharge at Tiairanga the Bolmdaie will proceed to Kaipara to load timber for Wellington. Messrs. G. Rennie and J. Penguin joined the Haupiri to-day as second and third' engineers respectively.
