To promote any limited company or companies for tho purpose of acquiring all or any of tho property and liabilities of this Company or of any company or firm carrying on a like business or for any other purpose which may seem calculated, directly, or indirectly, to benefit this Company, (h) To establish subsidies or aid any institution, association, clubs, and conveniences for the benefit of tho Company's employees or exemployees, and to grant money for these purposes or any of them.
