ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.
9 [BY. TELEORAPH — PEESS ASSOCIATION.] GREYMOUTH, This Day. Charles Fineran, caretaker of the Waltham School, Christchurch, attempted to commit suicide yesterday morning by cutting his throat in four places with a razor. He did not sever the jugular. He was removed to the hospital, where he lies in a critical condition.
