TRADE UNION LEVIES. COURT SANCTIONS THEIR DIVERSION.

Owing to the Osborne judgment, Mr. Justice Neville has allowed the South Wales Miners' Federation to apgly compulsory levies, made for Parliamentary purposes, totalling £14,000, to strike pay and other non-political purposes.
