RECONSTRUCTION SCHEME.

The debenture-holders of Waring and Gillow, Ltd., have appointed a receiver to prepare a reconstruction scheme for the company, as it has been found impossible to earn dividends over so large a capital. [Waring and Gillow, Ltd., a London firm of furniture manufacturers and furnishers, etc., have branch businesses in Liverpool and Manchester. Last year's balance-sheet suggested that the company's properties and investments wore heavily mortgaged.]
