CORPORATION EMPLOYEES' PICNIC.
The employees of the Wellington City Council are holding their annual picnic on the Trentham racecourse to-day There are seventeen events on the sports programme. The officials are : — Judges, Messrs. J. J. Kerslake, Dimes, and J. Rabe; handicappers, Messrs Pringle, Lawßon and M'Kayj starter, Mr. Walshe ; chairman of committee, Mr. J. Kitching; secretary, Mr. W. A. Nicholson ; treasurer, Mr. G. E. Davis ; bellmen, Messrs Soanes and North.
