ARBITRATION COURT.
In the House of Representatives last night amendments to the Arbitration Bill were brought down by Goveruor'3 'message. One amendment was to make the President (Mr. Justice Sim) a Supeme Court Judge, thus increasing the number of puisne Judges, and the other was to enable the court to go on with, the hearing of any dispute, notwithstanding any irregularity in tho framing of the dispute, providing the main, provisions of the Act had been complied with. The amendments were agreed to.
