In a ten-rink inter-club contest with Newtown 011 Saturday next the Victoria Club will be represented by the following teams : — On the Newtown Green : Gaudin, Bartridge, Langdo-n, Bary (skip) j R. Dixon, Powell, Meneiaue, A. U. Anderson (skip) j Cray, Port, Kirker, Godber (skip) ; H. Longmore. Parton, Worboys, Townsend (skip) ; T. North, Dr. MacLaurin, Younians, Stevens (skip). On home green : Evans, Henry, Hatch, rT,e.ith (skip) ; Dement, Gill, Guise, A very (skip) ; M'Girr, Robinson, A. Longmore, Kitto (skip) ; Made-ley, M'Lean, Kcrshaw, Mackay (skip); Haughton, Callaghan, Tattle, Mayor (skip). On the Karori Green, Victoria will be represented by the following rink : Markmann, M'Eutchison, Kibblewhite, Mack (skip). Victoria Club will also send one rink to play against a rink from the Hutt Club on the Kelburne Green on tho same day, the players being :— Cavell, H. C. North, Besant, and Jackson (skip).
