Ail the editors of Greek newspapers in Constantinople, and all Greek newspaper correspondents, have been warned not to discuss the internal situation in Turkey, otherwise they will be expelled. Count yon Aehrenthal, the Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, has exerted his influence at Constantinople in order to prevent precipitate action against Greece. THE GREEK ARMY. FRENCH OFFICERS TO UNDERTAKE REORGANISATION. ATHENS, Bih November. French otticeis will superintend thereorganisation of the army. It is hoped that British officers will be engaged to reoiganise the navy. Tho Turkish boycott of Greek commerce continues with increased rigour.
