AUCKLAND'S RECORD RAINFALL
[BX TELEGRAPH — SPECIAL TO THIS I'OST.] AUCKLAND, This Day. Auckland has so far experienced a wet year, the rainfall for the nine months of the year was 45.11 in, which is 12.46 in more than the average for those months, and over 3in more than the annual average for the pa-ss forty-four years, which is 42in. It is also nearly 14in more than the fall for the corresponding nine months of 1909, and exactly Gin more than the total fall foi last year, viz., 39.11 in. Should the rain of the ensuing three months equal ' or be only a. little less than the average, an annual record will have been established. At Waihi tho record has been nearly double that of Auckland, nearly 85in having already fallen during the year. i PRESS ASSOCIATION.
