The Board of Cricket Control has received the following cable despatch from thes South African Cricket Association : "Guarantee arranged hero; will send team in terms of your letters of February and June." The letters referred to offered half the gross receipts of the tour. SATISFACTION IN ENGLAND. N LONDON, 12th August. The Sportsman says the South African cricket guarantee solution will be hailed with general satisfaction in England. BIG SCORING. LONDON, 12th 'August. In the county cricket contest Kent, playing against Gloucestershire, made oub runs in five hours' piny for the loss of six wickets. J. R. Mason made 121 (unfinished), ana E. Humphreys 162.
