EXTRAORDINARY INTEREST IN THE TRIAL.

Extraordinary in ter.es t is being taken in the trial of John Alexander Dickman, colliery secretary, for the murdvr of Mr. iNesbit, cashier at the Widdringtcn Colliery (Northumberland), whose body was found under a seat in a. train in ivhich he had been travelling with. £370 in wages for >the colliery hands. The streets in the neighbourhood of the j court at Newcastle are crowd-ed. Mrs. Nesbit, in her e\idenoe, deposed that the was perfectly certain that she j had seen the prisoner in t'ije train with her husband.
