BROOKLYN HARRIERS.
The Brooklyn Harriers held their first monthly meeting in the V.M.C.A. Booms last night, Mr. Philp, „ vice-president, presiding over a large gathering of members. Several addresses were given, Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P., president of the club, speaking on the value of athletic games; Dr. Gouzens on training methods, and the proper care of the body; Mr. Wilton (club captain) on club runs, and how they should be conducted; and a paper on "Harrierinn," read by Mr. Beaven. The evening was a most instructive one, and greatly enjoyed by members.
