AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES
Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonald ; Limited, advertise the sale by auction on Tuesday, 12th July, under instructions from Mr. A. T. Clarke, liquidator of the Hutt Valley Hardware Company, of the brick business premises recently occupied by the company, situate on the Mainroad, Lower Hutt, erected on a section having a frontage of 40ft. by a depth of 191 ft. Also, on the same date, under instructions from Mr. A. T. Clarke, in order to close the partnership accounts of Messrs. Holmes and Riley, a building block situate Mansfield-street, Newtown, having a frontage of 48ft. 9in. by a depth of 90ft. It is situate close to the tramway terminus and Newtown Park. The same firm advertise particulars of the rmal clearing sale of at-signed stock of jewellery, rings, watches, etc., £250 worth in thoir rooms on Friday next, at 2 o'clock. Messrs. W. H. Morrah and Co. will sell by auction in their rooms to-morrow, fancy goods, jewellery, etc. Messrs. W. F. Shortt, Ltd., will sell a quantity of household furniture at their rooms, Willis-street," to-morrow, at 2 o'clock. The list to be submitted includes an upright grand Exgliah piano, a bedroom Buite of throe pieces, and a massive all-brass Italian bedstead. Particulars are advertised and the goods will be on view up to the time of sale. Messrs'. A. L. Wilson and Co. advertise- in this issue particulars of a large sale of household furniture and effects to be held in their rooms, 26, Brandonstreet, to-morrow, at 1.30, when they will dispose of the contents of ten rooms. Thoy also insert particulars of a sale of the contents of six rooms they are offering, under instruction of bili-of-sala.
