Waves broke over ncr a-s though she was a submerged reet, and burst with exceptional fury. The vessel met with an accident believed to be the 'cause of the Waratah's lOS 3. On one occasion when she was immersed she arose uncertainly, and the covers of No. 2 hold having been washed off, tons of water poured into her hull. liter a Heroic struggle the hatches were replaced. A portion of tha cargo was damaged. [The Indrani is a vessel of 4994 tons, built in 1894, and is owned by the Indra Line, Limited.]
