INTENTION TO MAKE RATES FOR THE YEAR 1910-1911. In the matter of the Town Boards Act, 1908, Section 35, the Publio Health Act, 1908, and all other Acts enabling. NOTICE is hereby given that the Upper Hutt Town Board intends to make a General Rate of one penny in: the £ on the capital value of the rateable property in the Town District of Upper Hutt, and a Special Rate (or Sanitation Fee) of 20s for each privy upon rateable property within the said Town District for tho period beginning 1 Ist April, 1910, and ending on the 31st March, 1911. Such I rate to be paid in two equal instalments — \ tho first on the 13th day of August, 1910, ani the second on the 13th day of January, 1911. , ' The Rate Book is open for inspection during office hours.
