The Federal Government has adopted the recommendations of the- Radio-Tele-graphic Conference. It is expected that during the week th© locations of the wireless stations in Sydney and Fremantle will be settled. The Minister of Defence (Senator Pearce) has stated that tenders for naval gun-mountings will be confined to Australia, but that if English firms wil' erect plants in the Commonwealth there will be no objection to their tendering.
