THIRTEEN PERSONS DROWNED. Bj Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received May 13, 2.30 p.m.) 'NEW YORK, 12fh May. Thirteen persons, including seven passengers, were drowned through the wreck of the steamboat City of Saltillo, at Glenpask, near St. Louis, Missouri.
